Faith seeking understanding is an impulse of all Christians. Theological education thus involves all people of faith, not just future and present clergy. Across the Anglican Communion, the content and delivery of theological education are changing, as educators encounter the challenges of their particular contexts and respond to variations in resources. The articles in this issue, prepared in advance of Lambeth Conference 2008, discuss the wealth of opportunities and breadth of concerns in Anglican theological education today.
